How Will You Make an Impact?

This position will be filled at the Intermediate or Senior level depending on the knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications of the successful candidate.

Our Information Technology department is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support ITSM processes for change enablement (change management), deployment (release management), and major incident management. Some of the ways in which you will make an impact include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and facilitating technology deployments

  • Managing risk and resolving issues related to release quality, scope, and/or schedule

  • Conducting change reviews, release readiness reviews, and go/no-go reviews

  • Providing governance and oversight for change enablement (change management) and deployment (release management) processes, while identifying and implementing improvements in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Maintaining a release repository and managing key information, including release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists

  • Defining and measuring KPIs and metrics for change, release, and major incident process efficiency and effectiveness

Who You Are

  • Relevant and progressively responsible Information Technology experience, preferably within a change management, release coordination, and/or release management context

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is valued

  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience with ITIL process/practice implementation

  • Experience developing data visuals and analytics dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI and Excel is valued

  • Experience with SharePoint application development and tools (e.g., Power Automate) is valued

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation is valued

  • Possession of ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certifications, or other advanced ITIL certifications, is valued
