Customer Experience Intern
Colorado Springs Utilities Customer Experience Insights team is looking for an intern to join our enthusiastic and customer focused team! Based upon research, analysis and stakeholder input you will have the opportunity to support and recommend enhancements to various projects at Colorado Springs Utilities.
Quality Assurance; assisting with quality call evaluations and feedback
Customer Research and Analysis
Voice of the Customer Insights
Support various ongoing programs
What you should apply: This internship will provide you with the opportunity to develop and increase your project management, quality review, research, analysis, communication, and presentation skills as you support these projects under direct supervision.
What will it take to be successful? We are looking for an energized professional who exhibits a positive attitude and a willingness to learn to support various projects that directly benefit our residential and commercial customers. To be considered for this internship, you must be enrolled in an accredited college/university designated part-time or full-time program working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree. Preferred degree focus would be Business, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Communication or relevant discipline. Must have obtained Junior level status and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
Additional desired skills and experience:
Knowledge and understanding of project management principles, research principles, statistical analysis principals, financial analysis principles
Communication skills (written and verbal)
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to provide support and make recommendations
Ability to function independently and as part of a team
Selected candidate must be available to work up to 20 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer and school breaks. The ideal candidate will be available to remain in this internship until completion of bachelors’ degree or graduate degree.
