Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking an Enterprise Services Portfolio Information Technology Professional who will be responsible for building and supporting tools managed by the portfolio which includes Office 365, SharePoint, and Bentley eB. In this role, you will work in a state-of-the-art environment using the latest technologies to support the business.

If you are someone skilled at solutioning efforts related to on-premises based and externally hosted, cloud-based systems, we would like to hear from you. This position will provide you the opportunity to help build the core structure related to Content Management, Collaboration and Office Productivity toolsets for the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with business partners to gather business needs, create requirements and develop tools to support the business

  • Support, develop and configure the Bentley eB Content Management system

  • Build Internet/Intranet solutions in a SharePoint 2019 on-premises environment

  • Produce technical design documents consistent with development and architecture standards

  • Collaborate with peers to break the standard mold and think outside of the box

  • Support specific project plans and timelines; delivers status reports, issues log and generate appropriate documentation

  • Ability to define, design, implement, troubleshoot and support Office 365 issues

  • Development of Office 365 applications using tools like PowerApps, Flow and other tools

  • Office 365 Application Development/Configuration to include workflow development

  • Apply continuous improvement principles to processes and documentation

  • Provide ongoing support for the business users for the tools offered in the Enterprise Services Portfolio

  • Manage integrations between key systems

What will it take to be successful? Most candidates will bring a bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field, and/or four years of demonstrated experience building and supporting customer applications. SharePoint experience is required in order to be considered for this position.
