This job is eligible for relocation assistance to aid with the costs of relocating to the Colorado Springs area.

*This position will be filled as an Engineer I, II, III, or IV, depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.

Job Type: *Engineering/Engineering SupportPay Ranges :*

  • Engineer I/II: $70,678 to $106,870

  • Engineer III/IV: $94,099 to $142,313

What will it take to be successful in this position?

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required for this position, with a Power Systems specialization preferred

  • Professional Engineer (PE) is highly desired

  • Prefer seven or more years of experience within the energy industry and rich knowledge and experience in transmission planning.

  • Experience using modeling applications such as Siemens PSS®E, TARA, and PowerWorld

  • Experience working with an RTO or ISO is desired
