Enterprise Systems Integration and Data Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Integration and Enterprise Data Management Lead , focusing on IT Integration, Data and Middleware; monitoring, analyzing and planning for all resources required for the successful delivery of the IT Work Portfolio.

In this job, you will collaborate with Enterprise, Data and Solutions Architects to help gather business needs, define, design, and oversee implementation of standards and best practices involved in BI, analytics and Enterprise Data Mart and Warehouse strategies to achieve consistency of information assets across the enterprise application portfolio.


  • Lead systems integration efforts using the Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Data Integrator platform, and Oracle Cloud Integration Service; includes interfacing with vendors and contractors

  • Lead construction of our new Enterprise Data Management platform using industry best practices and automation to house data from existing and new systems including Oracle Utilities applications

  • Collaborate with Application, Integration and Information Architects to apply an enterprise integrated mindset

  • Assist in building and maintaining data Support and extend COTS dashboards and visualizations for ongoing measurement and KPIs

  • Plan for non-transactional data storage for reporting and analytics

  • Profile source system data as needed to provide feedback for business requirements

  • Ensure solutions meet performance standards, are scalable, documented and easily supported

  • Enable analytical reporting and dashboards, structured and/or ad-hoc queries, and decision making

  • Provide expert domain knowledge and skill for Oracle Fusion Middleware configuration and development best practices

  • Review and approve construction artifacts including code design, working code, test plans, processes and technology standards

  • Create staff development plans and conduct performance reviews of the staff

  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing

  • Ensure compliance with our enterprise ITIL framework including Change & Release processes

Key Skills:

  • Experience with leading and managing a technical delivery team

  • Demonstrated experience with Systems Data Integration and Enterprise Data Management

  • Knowledge of data warehouse standards, methodologies and automation tools (e.g. Data Vault, Inmon, Kimball, Star, and Snowflake schemas)

  • Solid demonstrated skill working on an Oracle platform

  • Strong knowledge of current industry standards, and technologies (i.e. web services standards, XML and JSON, XSD, microservices etc.)

Additional Preferred:

  • Key experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, including SOA Suite, Data Integrator, Golden Gate, Integration Cloud Service, MFT, and Oracle application development frameworks, (e.g. J2EE, Oracle ADF, Oracle JET, Oracle OUAF)

  • Security Implementation (encryption, certificates, access controls)

  • Informatica Power Center

  • Knowledge of scripting, including Python, Jython, PowerShell, Bash

  • Experience with IDEs such as Oracle JDeveloper, Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio

  • Knowledge of load balancing and application delivery controller technologies, including F5 and Oracle Traffic Director

  • Clearly and concisely communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to build a collaborative high performing team through mentoring and training

The ideal candidate will have requisite experience and knowledge of current industry standards and technologies, with an intimate understanding of systems integration, data warehouse development and data integration services to facilitate solutions for complex challenges. Additionally, to succeed, the candidate should have extensive experience as a proficient warehouse developer versed in data integration services development, report development, data analysis, and database administration. A Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or science or a closely related field is preferred.
